Let us practice summarising a business meeting:
- Firstly into meeting notes; and then into
- The minutes of a meeting.
Videos 14 & 15 are from a Sales and Marketing meeting.
In this video (Video 14 of 15) we practice summarising what the Sales Director said during the meeting about expanding their offering into insurance companies:
1. Listen and take meeting notes of what was said
2. Use the full transcript to ensure that you got everything down
3. Compare your meeting notes to our possible answer
4. Summarise it a second time for your Minutes of Meeting, to be emailed out to all attendees, after the meeting
5. Compare your Minutes of Meeting wording to our possible answer.
