この物語は地獄谷野猿公苑の群れの偉大なメス頭（いわゆる女王、メスの序列１位のサル）である「トックリ00」の全盛期を追い続けたドキュメンタリーです。
地獄谷野猿公苑の群れは公苑設立以来、現2023年までの間に8頭のメス頭が存在してきました。
この「トックリ00物語」の主人公の「トックリ00」は地獄谷野猿公苑史に名を残すことになるでしょう。
日本全国のモンキーパークのメス頭を見てもトックリ00ほどの強烈な存在感と個性を持ったメスは存在しないと思います。
トックリ00は世界中に多くのファンを持っています。
トックリ00は8代目、今もなお現存するメス頭です。
トックリ00は2013年にメス頭の座につきました。
私が彼女の存在を知り密着を始めたのは2015年からです。
この「トックリ00物語」はトックリ00の全盛期である2015年～2019年をメインに、その前後も多少含めて展開していきます。
ぜひこの偉大なメス「トックリ00」を知っていただき、この極寒の山岳地帯に今も生きているトックリ00の強烈な生き様をこの「トックリ00物語」で楽しんでいただければ、と思います。

00-12や00-14！今や素晴らしいお母さんになっています。トックリ母さんの厳しい躾は正しかったと思います。

It looks like the Snow Mother Monkeys are very good to their babies.
Okay, I found out that they are bathing in a hot spring to stay warm. You learn something new everyday and it is always good to have your questions answered.
I always laugh looking at these monkeys. They all look like they're wearing heavy coats. The babies are adorable.
The video is really interesting!! Your perfect captions made it easy to understand what was going on with Tokkuri 00-12, Tokkuri 00-14 and the baby.

In search of harsh environment why are y’all not supplementing their food? An apple a day come on do better. And this one’s steals the other ones Apple. So many people get enjoyment to come and see them take care of them. Y’all should be feeding them fruits and nuts
