Imagine if they created a strand subclass focused on the swarm bugs. They could literally pull a page out of the Halo book and allow the swarm to come together into different beasts that either protect, heal or fight for you. With the super being a huge behemoth similar to the Hunters from Halo. I'd LOVE to see one of those things tear stuff up for awhile befofe breaking back down into their small threadling form!
I made near same build but u can use the new dungeon side arm give devour to the build and hatchling top auto rifle and heavy strand mechine gun with slice and onslaught or if want more hatchling heavy
As I mentioned any weapon with hatchling will work, Alternatively you can run a weapon with demo and swap our thread of wisdom for generation and you'll get your class ability and grenade back in no time 👍
If you're using Swarmers, why aren't you consuming your grenade to get more Threadlings and send them off as a small army? At least, you weren't doing it in the gameplay footage. That's how the combat loop on that exotic works.
Math. With the chain you create with your threadling, you output more DPS summoning 3 and getting your nade back fast than consuming for 2 more threadlings. The time to consume dips you below max output.
Not gonna lie I couldn’t pay attention to anything you were saying in this video because I was too focused on watching you reload your side arm after every single shot

Thread of generation is just to get back your grapple melee more often

Nice video, but this has substantial lag in the reboot time on abilities, and not sure I would use a pulse rifle for this build...

Nope, you need a different aspect. You need the mindspun aspect, I choose a different route to have access to suspend

And those threadlings aren’t considered as grenades which means it doesn’t activate any grenade related mod

I like this build buuut why u didn't mention quick silver storm ?
Thought about it, I wanted to focus on hatchling as the main weapon perk, quicksilver would definitely work with it though!

You should be using grapple grenade as it creates 3 threadlings with grapple melee. Also use the exotic bow with threadling catalyst.
It doesn't with the aspects that I chose, and I mentioned the bow
