50 Years of Porsche Design - The Digital Launch Event

The year 2022 marks a historic milestone in the history of our company - Porsche Design is turning 50 years old. To kick off the celebration in style, Porsche Design held a digital launch event at the legendary Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany. To mark the occasion, Porsche Lifestyle Group CEO Dr. Jan Becker was joined by Lutz Meschke, Deputy Chairman and Member of the Board of Porsche AG, as they looked back on 50 years of engineered passion and unveiled exciting new products.

I can't come to Stuttgart this year, but in your special exhibition I hope there is a Contax RTS. This camera came out in 1975, making it one of the early commissions for FA Porsche Studios. Yes, it only came out in black, at a time when most cameras had silver tops and bottoms.
