When a medication is called "the swiss army knife of medications" what they really mean is "we have no idea how it works or the mechanism but sometimes it works for some people".... Gold standard psychiatry/pain medicine. Oh and doc you forgot to mention the "Black box warning" of Suicidal ideation.... maybe important to include that one???
I put this off for a few years and finally started 4 days ago. I cannot keep going. It has taken 4 days out of my life I wake up in the middle of the night. It's giving me side effects with conditions I'm trying to resolve by taking the medication. I don't think I can go on any further.

Yep, I've got the loss of appetite (love that), Dry Mouth, Fatigue (hate), Constipation, E/D and loss of Libido.
