Family Filling Raised Beds | Winter Greenhouse Mongolia

Continuing the build on our raised beds in the Japan shou sugi ban burnt wood look for our winter greenhouse. We continue our Passive Solar Greenhouse with Geothermal Build, an off grid winter Greenhouse in Mongolia. In this episode we finish off our raised bed build in our greenhouse and get them filled up. We show you how to fill raised beds and give you some tips and tricked on how to keep the cost down too. Now hopefully soon we will be able to extend the growing season and grow things that no one has ever grown in Mongolia before.This will be an Off Grid Passive Solar Greenhouse built in Mongolia that has also incorporated a full GAHT System Geothermal greenhouse. This is all part of the adventure and joinery to an off-grid homestead in the land of the blue sky.

There is lot to learn from this family, most of people are being busy with their whole life building their business/ career but how many of us invest time in their own garden of life. This family is just beautiful. All that matter is our family at the end of the day. Building your own garden is a lot of work but making it into vlog is whole lot of effort. At this era we can't even manage our food waste which produce a lot of gas in the atmosphere, this is because of the long process of food travel to its customer. When it reaches the customer they won't buy because of a tiny little damage. I think his way of creation is how we all should seriously learn. In the future if you could show us how to solve toilet in better echo way that would be enormous vlog.

After many series of episodes it is great to see that you guys have finally made it and it is just perfect. One thought I see you directly exit from the Green house, in the winter its gonna be more cold besides the difference +20 / 0 degrees now, so you could build a small insulated Airlock (like one in international space station) on the gate which can work as a separator not letting all the wind and cold go directly into the Green house when you exit or enter. Instead you open a small cabin door and close and then open another door to your Green house. Cause you might need to go in and out several times a day so it might let the inside temperature drop. Cause some weeks are really cloudy without direct sunlight. Ok that's all sorry for too much comment.

I have seen this technique of burning the wood. I really like the way it looks. I don’t know anything about the oil that you apply. What is the type of oil that you use. I know that burning the sun wood protected it to the elements, but ground contact.

Yes that is the plan 👍 it is a very harsh climate. The days are -20c and the night are -35c so quite cold 🥶 and 6-7 hours of light. Just came out of the GH and it is 18c inside today and looked at the computer and it goes done to 4c in night 👍👏👏
