Shoutout to that tall guy in front/middle of the crowd, waving hands and singing every song with such excitement; that was me in my room watching this. I’m obsessed with this band so bad, it’s such cliché to say this but; they’re highly underrated...
These guys are awesome, and I'm in love with James. We see he puts his heart into what he does, so emotional. Every time I hear he sing " there's no love too small", it breaks my heart. I wish them great success!
Je les ai découverts en 2016 en première partie de Cure à Lyon !!! Tombée sous le charme.... Retrouvailles au Paléo le 25 juillet .... Au premier rang ! Groupe excellentissime !!!! Fan absolue ... Talent , voix et mélodies top !!! Robert ne s 'est pas fourvoyé !!!! Vivement le 24 octobre à Paris !!!!
Thank you for your aqesome Show in Berlin! I just discovered The Twilight Sad at the cure concert - and I was really spellbound and tied up by yourmusic. Especially this one cover... you really had me at that Song 😁
Thank you for posting this. When they came to Chicago I had tickets and couldn’t go. My youngest son got sick, had to stay home. At least I can enjoy this over and over ❤️😊
This guy rips the guitar so hard! This is the best band I've heard in years! Robert Smith and the cure covered their song "there's a girl in the corner" WHAT A COMPLIMENT!!!
was in Glasgow but unfortunately didn't get drawn for tickets. Thanks for posting this, as I can enjoy it repeatedly. I'll definitely catch them the next time they are on the West Coast of the US. Maybe they will make it to AZ.
The albums have spoken to me less and less as they've gone on, but as a true independent and down to earth band, I'm glad to see them developing their career.
I realize this comment is 2 years old, but what did you not like about the new albums? For the record the first is still my favorite, but I like them all.
@@Vulmen311 For me, the debut has the best production and the best lyrics, not to mention it's the most shoegazey/drony. After that, for me, nothing post that album holds up. There's a handful of songs I do like though, don't get me wrong.
I love The Twilight Sad and that girl at the front with the dark hair (especially prominent during KYW when she holds her face) is an absolute babe (without trying to sound creepy).
The sound quality on this recording doesn't do the performance justice. I was there and the performance absolutely blew me away but it sounds weirdly flat here. Also James seems like a genuinely amazing guy, I love him.
Saw you guys last night in Budapest supporting The Cure. Your sound was rubbish and you need to sack your sound guys. All distorted and we were only half way down the arena. The Cure came on and sound was perfect.
I have lost count on how many times I come back to this and play in full ❤️

such a Great Band, The Twilight Sad. Brilliant Front Man. Mesmeric.
Amazing from start to finish
James just keeps getting better and better live. Absolutely fantastic start to end during this set!
I love his stage presence so much
He’s completely lost in it 😍
"Head up dear, the rabbit won't die" immediately following the cover of KYW killed me. Absolutely amazing gig
i was wondering why they didn't play cold days or that summer, then that line happened and... well, same

Indeed, they are so underrated.
One of the greatest forums for music Quay Sessions, always bringing the best. mikeyhastie thank you for sharing the episode in its entirety.
Been a fan since 2007, and had fell a bit out on their last two albums. I needed to listen to their live versions, TTS still delivers in buckets
There's no love too small...just breathtaking!
I love this band so much. They are brillant
Che spettacolo.....una delle più grandi band del secolo!!!!!!!.....grazie

The music, atmosphere, tone, and background are all BREATHTAKING! Wish I was there. Please come to Omaha, NE. :)
finally a proper recording of Frightened Rabbit Keeping Warm. Excellent!

There's so much energy in their performance,'. But, you can really tell James' feeling the music
Just living the experience at some of its concerts its poetic, and poetic moments are not easy to find these days. Greetings from Mexico City.
Best Band on the Planet ...right after Depeche Mode
Joy Division are Reborn....at last....Superb, massive fan of these after the first song, then second booom....
Ended up here after listening to them cover keep yourself warm by FR. WOW. That first track is absolutely incredible.
This version of Keep Yourself Warm is unreal, holy fuck.
How awesome is this
Flipping awesome.
Keep Yourself Warm is brilliant but so sad...
Just immense - thank you for uploading.
RIP Scott "Keep Warm"
Perfection everytime! 😭🙌🏼

Thanks for posting!
Such a great band
I love these guys!
So amazing!
I cant wait to see these guys three nights in a row on the upcoming Cure tour
How was it?
I think is the best version of And She Would Darken The Memory!
Wow, thanks for sharing this entire set. Positively brilliant!
The albums have spoken to me less and less as they've gone on, but as a true independent and down to earth band, I'm glad to see them developing their career.
same here, they have been doing the same thing for a few albums now, but still enjoy them. will always see what they are up to.

@@drumtracksdirect I agree, I am chasing that first albums guitar tone to this day. Awesome layering. Do you make music yourself?
Gods below how i miss live music 😥
😭 I miss it, too
These are all better versions than on the record....james is in amazing voice
better version..Maybe? Awesome in live. I saw them 3 times James is very surprising, I hope to see them very soon!
Thanks for the upload! Someone get on those time stamps!
Top drawer performance 🥰🦋🌈x
que banda espetacular, som muito diferente do que há hoje em dia
Fantastic band ......
First time viewing these guys live. Shout out to the drummer, he keeps it fuckin tight.
Northern Haggis please tell me you’re taking the piss
Sorry to have missed them at RW on the Slope. Will see them in Amsterdam Paradiso again.

Great band!

Right, seeing them live is a requirement ! There's quite a bit of 'gut' wrenching low notes missing ... but still a great performance as always.
Holy shit, his voice.
Need the Devine behind the kit! Not the same!
About time gaelic become a common language
❤️
for a hot second there i thought he was saying "you took my arse." Excuse me while i kiss this guy
Fucking unreal version of Keep Yourself Warm
#TaBebeTä #Dankëlah #ConDignidadYRespecto
Blew the Cure away and I love the cure
First I'd ever heard of them was when it was announced they'd open for The Cure in 2016. I've been a fan ever since then.
#ToMaTœ #JBO #JrDel #Skylab #TeamClermont #Loosegroove #Mute #MachaLovedRLA
Sounds like POST/ROCK/POST/PUNK
👉🏿🇧🇷👉🏿
Twilight sad is this popular? How about compared it to Liars?

Great band, but they suck live
Not...
