How did you guys get started into the Reno/ flipping business? I’m also curious how you both work full time jobs and are able to both have the knowledge, and time to get all this stuff done?
We have a short video about Mike doing the “live in flip” - th-cam.com/video/dOE0UaWuS8U/w-d-xo.html. That’s kind of how it all started. Mike was an apprentice plumber when he bought his first house and he fixed it up and he’s been rolling since then. Honestly, I don’t know much about construction. I’m a software developer by day so this whole thing is a big learning experience for me. Mike is just crazy talented when it comes to construction. As far as working full time jobs doing this…it’s a lot of work! Haha. Mike and I worked until 5 today and then went to our investment property and worked until about 8 then finally went home. We do that about 3-4 nights a week and then we work generally 8-4ish on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. I generally work on the videos around 6am before I sign on for my regular job. It’s a lot of work but also a lot of fun and a ton of satisfaction when you’re done.
@@JewswithScrews yeah it seems like a ton of work! I’m learning a lot from your videos thus far. I’d love to flip houses one day, still working on my carpenter apprenticeship.
I love watching Mike lay some pipe ;-D
Lmaoooo
