1:14, zWORMz, you are wrong. Gass quilty oviously changes when set to Ultra. Every Glass will have indevisual shadows when set to ultra settings, and that might be a bit intensive, but my RTX 3050 can run it on All ultra settings without a single frame drop(locked at 60 hz).Test it out yourself. ❤❤
The difference, in fps of course, is not that much. Both the 8GB and 16GB 4060 Ti perform similarly, although, of course, I recommend yes or no the 16GB one. It's more because the dlss 3.0 (which is the frame generator) consumes a lot of vram, and believe me, the 8 are very short.
I don't like the MSAA in this game. 1080p with 8x MSAA performs worse than DLDSR 2.25 with 1.25 resolution scale (which is 2025p I think) and the higher res looked way better to me. EDIT: the in-game downsampling doesn't help that much more tbh, so DLDSR 2.25 alone is fine with a 4060 Ti on a 1080p monitor. Or 1.78 with MFAA in the control panel and 2x MSAA in the game.

3060 will definitely not be enough especially on a laptop unless you’re willing to lower settings and use upscaling. 4070 will be your best bet or 7900 GRE. But I personally would go with the NVIDIA route just for the DLSS 3.
Nah 3060 mobile gpus which used in laptops are noticably weaker than pc 3060 so you should keep that in mind and 3060 have only 6 gb of vram and definitely that wont be enough for newer games on high graphics or 1440p resolution

You can technically get more fps than the engine limit by using AFMF.
You should test with something like natural vision Evolved, easyish to install and even easier to uninstall, even if just a one off.

The usage isn't 100% right in every game, sometimes it's a bit off and the allocation number is more accurate
