My father had a XJS V12 in the 80s and I still remember that wonderful V12 noise. They always sounded amazing so this is no surprise. What a wonderful car from TWR! If anyone can make a fast Jag its them with all their work on racing stuff.
I don't think it sounds that great for what it is. They seem to have an exhaust on each side of the car - potentially each side is primarily from one bank of the engine, so the sound is like a low-revving six-cylinder. I've heard the Jag V12 sound better when both banks exit the same side, particularly the yellow Mark Hammond XJS. Also, this TWR restomod is supercharged but it must have the wrong type of supercharger - there's no whine! ☹
