How much % rent do I get if I purchase a condo. Any tax to be paid, what are the monthly maintenance charges ? who pays that ? the owner or the tenant ?
1) Average return in rent around 5%. 2) Tax for foreign Purchaser is only Memorandum of Transfer 4% of purchase price. 3) Maintenance fee is around RM 0.35/sft (paid by owner)
