This is one of the best detailed comparisons of deDaun and Minh I have seen. It will help those interested in these two new projects to make up their minds as to which one to buy. Bravo, YF!
Where Is the view? Minh2 will be build soon blocking all the greenery view behind, n they r clearing the jungle nearby. N subway mont standing tal linfront. Dedaun having a way better view in my opinion. There is basically nothing blocking the view for the next 50 hrs overlooking to Bukit Damansara direction. One can see as far as Bangsar south, KL tower, 118, n Starling mall
@@daryllim4826 hello, i thought the future mrt station is located oppsite of plaza mont kiara (a plot of land beside sprint, north jalan sri hartamas22) then the line will direct into sri hartamas area for next station, please correct me anything i dint know about another lrt station will build nearby jalan jalan desa kiara 1? is dedaun plot prone to less likely of soil movement than uem minh? from what i saw from google earth, the minh is very slope compare with dedaun. i think the earth beneath minh will channel alot of water during end of year
Look at the sanitary finishing, Kohler Vs the Spain 4 star brand, that's edy a big saving for UEM No rubbing salt, look at R22 tiles .... It all spell CHEAP. I used to be a Sunrise fan, after Arcoris which I need to flip table n throw chair on the wall to get defect done, I swear I will never touch their project again.
Interesting comparison, Yew Foong. I’ve visited both showrooms and would like to share my observations: 1) Minh’s showroom is superbly decorated with a luxurious touch, but ultimately, what you receive is just 4 walls with some semi-furnishing upon VP. What you see is not what you get! 2) Type A (2508 sqf) at deDaun is quite attractive, as it’s rare to find a brand new condo in a prime location with a private lift lobby for under RM2 million after rebates. If you have extra RM300k+, Minh offers 2733 sqf with a private lift lobby as well. 3) Thematic Design - Minh features a prominent Vietnam-Indochina theme throughout the development, from the entrance arch, lift lobby to the facilities area. This style is ideal only for those who truly appreciate such aesthetics in their home. 4) Minh having a dedicated charging point is definitely a plus for EV owners. Overall, I prefer this quieter part of Mont Kiara - less congested, yet close enough to Jalan Kiara 1 and with easy access to makan area in Hartamas.
As geologist, Minh location is definitely the worst location in entire month Kiara. Any spot that is going to have a landslide in mont Kiara, a very high chance it's going to be at this gulley Take a look at the amount of water rushing down from Ayuria to the little squatter between Kiara 9 n pentamont, it will scare u
I suggest adding EV charging as a further consideration when reviewing all future developments going forward. I understand the Minh supports EV charging, Dedaun sadly does not.
Hi there! Yes you are right about Minh having EV charging in their personal carpark. For deDaun they do have EV charging stations in an allocated area for sharing.
maybe i heard wrongly. The Minh smaller units are bungalow style rather than semi D. While the bigger units are semi D rather than bungalow style. Also The Minh allows you to charge EV cars in your own parking lot, that is future proofing
Hi there! Thanks for pointing that out. You are right on The Minh's 4 smaller units are Bungalow style. I have addressed the error in my description box.
Great analysis. The Minh is definitely a more luxurious project in every way.
Great Comparison Analysis
Thank you for the review. I think The Minh is going to be more peaceful which is impt for someone who likes the aircon off.
Such a useful video. It shows you put in effort.

Hi there! Thanks for your input 👍🏽 Indeed this is the quieter side of Mont Kiara which I prefer as well.

The Minh definitely wins it for me here
I think you have omitted another important factor...condo facilities comparison...anyway great content 🎉
Good stuff!
Great comparison! When are you doing a visit review to The Minh?

Thank you Yew
Interesting. Thanks.
MINH interior design and layout definitely outperformed deDaun, definitely good for own stay!
Interior is not included in the package.
U need to spend at least half a million to have that same feel as the show unit.
