Super cool stuff, good video. I can't remember Sidequest being fully accessible on the Quest itself. I might install it. Also that customizable moon home is a bit like the original Oculus Rift home where you could add different furniture and unlockables and trophies from your VR games. It was a super cool idea but they took forever to bring multiplayer/social support. I think you were stuck with the same 3 home environments too.

Is there a way to erase uninstalled apps icons ? Or at least arrange them to the bottom? It's very annoying seeing apps you don't like, and if you miss click it starts 2 download

Hello. I am an artist and would like to use Quest 3 with a sample image displayed on the screen but in a transparent manner. Essentially, I'm interested in whether the Quest 3 can be used like the Rokid Air?
To be honest, since i have the quest 3,i completely forgot quest had home. Basically i launch in passthrough, launch virtual desktop and selected passthrough on virtual desktop too. What happen is when im on my couch, i just put the headset still seeing my living room, launch Virtual desktop and play 2D games like Shadow of the tomb raider (Which in 3d is just beyond game changing) or fighting game like Naruto storm which my gf likes a lot. And as my living is basically the ultimate gaming room (65" lG G3 oled, dolby atmos sound bar and sub, PS5, Series X and 7700x-4080 gaming pc), will always play here even with pc anyway so being on the couch with my huge screen when she's seeing the same game on the TV and we play together, sometimes switching, is just a new type of experience. I just wish meta add occlusion with the depth sensor because often im so immersed that when i move my hand i see in passthrough, they go behind the screen and i feel disconnected because somehow despite the passthrough quality being not that great, my brain just get tricked because i forget im looking to a video until i think about it or when stuff like that happens

I returned my Quest 3 yesterday because it didn't have enough accessories that I liked, and it was within the return window. I bought another Quest 2 and a bunch of great accessories to protect it and make it comfortable and last forever, and it was $250 less than my Quest 3 lol
i hope the quest 2 is not goneany time soon.. because i wouldnt be able to sell it by any means. if meta does the same with the quest 1, i won't be buying anymore of these things.
so... you cant actuality customize the quest then? all i want is a way to have a homescreen and sort apps like on a phone instead of having to scroll through the library each time... and no i don't mean being able to merely add two apps on the homebar.. this is so stupid 🙄 thanks anyway, now i have sidequest taking up more useless space fml
