Wow, I really like this design! I like how the trousers are a slightly different shade. I don't pretend to follow couture fashion but I googled this designer and WOW he has some stunning designs!
It's very difficult to picture what the top will look like when it's flat isn't it! Definitely something to be worn with pride. Is nice to see something so multi cultural :)
Fabulous it must sound amazing as you walk. Probably could be worn with the opening at the front, extending the trousers up into a bodice. I think it was turned out through the armhole.
This curator is passionate I appreciate her knowledge and presentation bravo 🎉

I love this, really beautiful design and technique. Very elegant and refined.
Beautiful work, and that dress at 7:46 is simply breathtaking
Fantastic!!! Christine is so lovely and incredibly knowledgeable about fashion history. Love!
She is.
1:22 I was about to say that the garment evoques movement. You feel like dancing just by looking at it. Amazing work❤❤
Stunning!!!
The color pink is a standout color
Lovely but how would one even clean that after purchase???? Dry cleaners can not do that. 🤔🤔🤔
Absolutely fascinating. Deceptively simple is an understatement! Thank you for the wonderful explanation!
Really enjoyed watch Christine talk about this beautiful outfit. Hope she does more.

Fuchsia goes nicely with any skin tones, so to say! 💖 In Bengali, fuchsia is also known as the queen of all colours!!!
Wow. Really interestenig construction. I would like to see more of his works.
You can see this gorgeous dress of his in the exhibition! collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O1616479/akouma-dress-ayissi-imane/
Spectacular outfit. It looks really good with the earrings the runway model is wearing too.
Looks beautiful. I am wondering how heavy it is.
I love the outfut but the choice of a basic metal hook and eye closure at the back is odd and unimaginative
this video really tries to be the ASMR one 🥰
surely it could have been turned through the arm holes? You wouldn't be able to sew them up until after the turning so why not use them?

so gorgeous!
Fascinating! Thanks for this, especially the sound of the raffia.
Has he been tested for genious? Cus he probably is. Thats how the mysterious tbings in the world get made.
C'est vraiment très beau🤩

This piece is lovely and indeed deceptively simple! And Dr Checinska'a voice and way of speaking is also lovely, relaxing and engaging all at once.
wonderful analysis of the influences of past designers and connection to cultural materials.
