Amazing. I currently have Neumann NDH 30's. I personally have no complaints with them. I had Beyers before, the DT 1990's, and for me it was a night and day difference. Much clearer and more detailed. I wonder how the focal's compare. One of my friend's got the clear MG's and he loves them.. Also I'm curious to what 3-way monitors I should get next year. I really like the sound signature of my neumann headphones, so was thinking maybe the KH 310's. What do you think?
They have strong colorations of their own so even if they have clean good sound that tells you more than you need to know about the mix if those frequency response issues find theit way into the mix then it's fucked. Of course using multiple sources is a requirement regardless. They are the same as the non-Pro version when it comes to sound. I'd take an Audeze MM-100 over them for most studio work.
I always heard amazing things about the audeze headphones, ive only hear some closed back ones but im definitely gonna try to get some open backs soon.
Great review, it was a pleasure to watch!
Thanks!
For studio use the HD560S is more transparent and detailed than HD650 or HD600.
oh ok i havent tried those yet.

Hmmm I would recommend to try the kali in-8 first because there are cheap but sound amazing for mixing
