This means once you attack and the crit dice is rolled, you get a chance to remove one of the mods in the portal. If that mod is a shield, there would be another diceroll to determine if you get pass through the stickiness factor of the shield. If you did get pass through that diceroll, then the shield gets removed.
@@nightlock141 I haven't played in a long while, to top up your XM you need to walk around and collect the blue floating orbs, the higher the population area the more XM will be floating around, you can also pick up XM cubes to top yourself up.

I just got the game and all I know was they do damage but not sure, in what way. This helps me get a better idea.

When leveling, building control fields is the best way to gain AP. Once you hit LV8, the LV8 bursters you get will deal a massive amount of damage.
Can I not hack it if I'm a new player? Like level 1, full XM?

@@tettron That's what I did. But when I returned back to base. What I collected was gone. (And what is it really good for. It doesn't seem to do much)
