Finally someone trying some real Indian food rather than Butter chicken or Chicken tikka masala. There's so many varieties in Indian cuisine that you can keep eating different cuisines through out the month and not repeat it. Love the video.
I have been watching your vlogs since 2/3 years I guess but I very rarely hears you saying " WOW " after eating a food.....it was really good to hear you saying " wow" after eating and South Indian cuisines,South Indian cuisines r indeed really good...and thank you for doing justice by eating with hand...
As an Indian one small suggestion, next time when you eat rice please mix it properly with curry or any dish you are having, it will enhance the taste 100×.
seeing him using his hands to eat... feels incredibly heartwarming and comforting. he may be among the few who know how to eat things right and appreciate the special way they should be consumed. loving your content! literally binge-watching all of them. - Love from Melbourne. ♥ p.s. please do come over to this side and film as well. would love to see all this live! 😁
I'm from India, tamilnadu. First time I watch your video. I very very happy to seeing your Tamil Nadu traditional food video. I think you are the best person for review tamilnadu food, compare than Indian food vloggers. You ate all foods, no weast. You are awesome man. ❤ Subscribed.
We, People in Tamilnadu cook every part of the goat. Each part has it own dish and masala variations. Guess you missed this time but You should try Goat brain nect time around 🤤. Also we make good fish curry and fries too. We also got lots of breakfast options. You can try it some other time.
1st time watching your videos feels happy and looking to see someone who is following Indian culture and having our food with love and respecting our traditions… most of the foreigners are considering butter chicken and naan Indian foods .. India has a many cultures and having so many varieties of foods .. Lots of love from Indian sister ❤❤
Buddy, you're truly amazing! I admire how much respect you show for the culture and how you genuinely enjoy South Indian food not just for the video, but because you love it. What inspired me the most is that, even as a left-hander, you chose to eat with your right hand to honor the cultural customs. You've gained a new subscriber. Much love from Tamil Nadu!
I'm an Indian girl ❤ I welcome you to come and taste the South Indian foods 😍I promise you, you will never leave South India after eating all the South Indian dishes
The way he trying all the dishes ....i was thinking that im proud of myself for being a indian the one thing i like the most that he used his hand which is in our tradition the only blogger who respect the indian culture thank u
Love watching your content because you don’t have an exaggerated expression everytime you eat something new and delicious, unlike the other more famous food vlogger. Keep it up bro!
Very good attempt to enjoy South Indian food especially eating with your hands. You will enjoy the taste of each dish when you mix each curry/dish with the plain rice a little bit and then eat it rather than just picking the rice with the curry/dish. Then, pappadam or appalam is eaten separately without any thing else to enjoy the crispy and salty taste of it. Well done .. enjoy.. appreciation to the cooks and the owner..
The one that you have on your lips actually no need to worry about it. It will recover in a few days time. I used to have this due to I accidentally bite on my lips n mouth. 对我来说是家常便饭。你可以尝试买西瓜霜来涂抹。
11:03 Who said that eating with your left hand is disrespectful ? That's not true at all, the Important thing is that you eat with your dominant hand, left or right is irrelevant.
I''m SG indian. Dun bother about making balls of rice and worry about curry getting on the centre of your hands. That is nothing to be proud about. I cant scoop up enough rice and ingredients that way, just eat the way u feel happy and comfortable. Its not fine dining, just happy eating.
Loved this video so much, Zermatt. Thank you for properly experiencing, enjoying and describing South Indian food. Also, the term finger licking good means something. Eating with utensils made of stainless steel alters the taste. If you eat with your hand, you get the authenticity of the meal's flavour.
looks so delicious and yes indian white rice just tastes different and goes down so well... Indians imo make their veggies taste the best too, with so many spices and a culture of vegetarianism in India. all the best for surgery!
Hello Zer,matt, good to see you eating Indian Foods. Those are basically North Indian foods, Looks 'Yum' but come to Northeaast India for authentic foods. We Indians love to eat our foods with our hands, most authentic. I'm also left handed but I eat my foods with my right hand. Nice vids as always
Just a suggestion; as you were eating in an south Indian restaurant, generally people from South India after eating the food served on banana leaf close the leaf by pulling the front part of the leaf to their side (indicating that the food we ate are of good cause and can be eaten again) so that it can be opened for many times in future. Unless if it is an demise home where after all the rituals the food served to the people on banana leaf are closed from their side to the other (indicating that there should be no sudden demise of anyone and we shouldn’t get any chance in future to see anyone’s demise to have this food again). I hope the explanation is not so complicated as i have tried to explain in more detailed way. Consider this just as an suggestion and if you think you should practice this then you can. Other than that love your content and accent😊❤.
Hi...I m a regular viewer from South India...very happy to see you eating with hands that too on a banana leaf...v eat our food with hands daily and eat in a banana leaf during celebrations and festivals...n u r r8...it adds additional flavor.. love you boy...❤❤❤
The chocolatey/nutty taste comes from toasted coconut. The same is used in beef rendang and makes the curry more robust. Tripe is more common than you think.

Chicken 65, this is the true story of this chicken. Buhari restaurant (in Chennai) owner’s chef invented this dish and asked the owner to name it, apparently the owner Mr Buhar, who was also the Mayor of Madras for some years, came up with the idea of 65 as it was the year 1965. Don’t believe anyone else, who say the chicken has to be 65 days old or 65 different spices etc. this is the true and documented story. Regards from Australia. Gary D.
