To peel eggs super easy, boil water first and then add eggs. Shell slide right off
You can add oregano and mixed herbs too tastes yummy

My version is only mashed egg yols, Kewpie mayo, condensed milk, & grated cheese... that's it!

When I make deviled eggs I add Mayo relish, or chopped pickles add Cajun seasoning along with mustard. It is delicious❤
