Raw AB&J protein bars:

Also for anyone cutting bangs, i feel like it's soo much easier always cutting bangs dry. I'll cut the rest of my hair wet, but layer and bangs/front pieces I always trim when they're dry, like Lindsey does here too... you're just able to see what's going on so much better
My fav beginner friendly beautiful trails are in Palos Verdes! And great breakfast / coffee nearby. A bit of a troop from LA but not bad traffic wise on a weekend morning

my fav places to hike in/around LA are Malibu/Topanga Canyon, and for closer to home - Griffith Park! So many amazing little hikes there. I use All trails app and you can narrow down what type of trail is best for you!! :) Happy hiking 💞
