Hello Paul,
I have been looking for an old set of Campagnolo Sheriff Star Track Hubs with 24 spoke hub... They are super rare so may take some time but when I find some I will be knocking on your door to build them up with some carbon rims. Keep up the good work.
Take care.
Paul,,
@@ThePensionerAdventurer hi Paul, good luck in your search. Unfortunately we don’t build with carbon rims due to a number of reasons. But if you ever need alloy rims let us know 👍
I have a set of Velocity Cliffhanger wheels made with Bitex hubs for my 1997 Litespeed Obed by a friend. Both Bitex hubs and Velocity rims are flawless.
26" MTB wheels , rim brake, tubeless. Difficult to find that combination these days!
Sounds like a nice set of wheels 👍
Good plan, don't fix what isn't broken. Quite often people think more or bigger is better and it isn't necessarily.
I think you sold yourself short as you didn't mention anything about your excellent Brompton service.
Agreed. Oh and thank you 👍👍👍
Hello Paul, always enjoy your videos, especially as u are a fellow Brompton P Handlebar user 👍.
Can I ask, I have a Cannondale Super X, with Ai offset & Hollowgram wheels which I run 700x40C tyres. Bike has SRAM Etap electric shifting. My question, I would like to do some road work with bike. Am I best getting 2nd set of wheels, ouch, or can my rims take road tyres ?
@@macprocm hi, thanks for watching and the kind comment.
For this it would be best to find out the internal measurement of your rims and match this measurement with a tyre brands recommendations for tyre widths. Hope that helps
