On one hand, great for the cheaper countries, cuz they have work! Bad for America, cuz grunts here lose work. On the other hand, shouldn't America be investing in design work anyway instead of relying on grunt labor as its economical base? I suppose this country isn't quite set up for that yet. If I wanted America to be great, I would propose TPP along with educational freedom to all Americans (like, say free college ed, or high schools designed like guilds where you can earn an associate's degree once you graduate, or some system like this)... "Free trade" itself is not the issue. The issue is its abuse. But prevent that abuse, then there's no problem right? Though this whole system of pushing jobs onto cheaper labor is ethically unsound and financially unsustainable. It goes against the ideals of "equality" and "social justice." Guys, seriously, don't feed the trolls. Treat them like they're getting big money from Republicans (and they very well could be) and IGNORE THEM. I will not even look at this comment once I've hit the post button. I just clear my notification thing up top and I will never even see what words anyone posts. I never look back on old comments on TH-cam anyway, so this won't be hard for me. So if you see blatant trolling in the comment below mine, just don't respond. That's how you hurt trolls. I'm curious...what can a company like Phillip Morris ACTUALLY do if their move to indict Uruguay over the cigarette thing is denied? Or hell, even if the indictment is successful...what if Uruguay says "fuck you" and doesn't pay for the "damages" to profits? Seriously, what could they even do?
