How to Lace Vans - Bar Lace (5 holes)

This is a good way to lace your shoes because it is very simple and easy to do. Also the laces only cross over the shoes on top so there aren't any laces running along underneath.
Vans used in video, however this technique will work to lace any shoes which have 5 holes.

I used this method to tighten my Docs. They're the 8053 quads and im a true size nine but they were big and giving me heel slippage. The tight lacing worked like a charm! They fit way better now!

Ive never been more stressed and nervous in my life. I was shaking vigorously and sweating trying to do this shit like i had to cut a wire that could possibly create an explosion.
