It looks dope until i noticed that you don't tighten your laces very much and if you want them tighter you have to remake the loops. If you like loose shoes, then it might be ok.

you can do a runner's loop and tie them with elastic (like a hairtie) so that they automatically tighten themselves
You guys worry way too much I mean come on how far are you running, a couple miles, big deal relax?
It’s clearly not for a tight wear. This makes it easier to put on the shoes and off without tying or untying the normal way.

You have to watch how long the lace tips are,as if they are too long,they could be a tripping hazard. Otherwise,very,very clever!

I wanted to like this because it's tidy, looks sharp. Unfortunately, the knots keep getting more and more tight until it's no longer functional, usually 3 or 4 times of loosening. Too bad.
The problem with using constrictor knots is that it's a balance between stretching and constricting. If your laces are not stretchy, the knots will probably constrict before the ends going to the shoe receive tension. I saw another vid using this tie on pant laces. Same problem. That type of knot is really for fastening integrity, not for providing tension adjustment on the standing ends. Great knot for tying two pieces of cord together but that's about it. In this use case, only good if all the tension integrity is going to the "closed" knot (flexible laces and shoe) when tied to the right length. To put it another way, you can't make the shoe tighter by pulling on the ends.
Of course, this knot is not for the tightwad enthusiast. If you need to tie two cords, the best method is here th-cam.com/video/gSxGuYNkdmQ/w-d-xo.html.

Bonjour 👋 sinon pour défaire un nœud de lacets qu'on arrive pas défaire moi perso je prends un ciseaux ✂️ et avec la pointe du ciseaux tu enfonce dans le nœud plusieurs fois sans coupé le lacets et après tu l enléve avec tes doigts et avec tes ongles pas trop longs pour pas se retourner un ongles ++

This isn't me being mean but if you breath from your mouth it's unhealthy. Really do try to breath from your nose - if it's a bit hard at first it should get easier. There is evidence to back this up.
Edit: evidence for breathing through ones nose. Not getting easier. Just to clear up.
