I watched another news report about a woman that was returning a rental car around the Oakland airport and she was deliberately boxed by by the assailants car while she was at an intersection and they smashed out her window on the passenger side and stole her backpack. They will catch you in traffic or when you park.

People need to start asking what are they really getting for all the money they pay for law enforcement departments that don't respond, answer the phone or actually enforce the laws. Cities budget goes to pensions and raises for legacy employees and they have nothing left for new hires.
