We need a series of canals along tana river to divert large amounts of river water to mega dams to be used for agriculutre and to avoid flooding down stream whereby the water can be regulated and flow with out flooding downstream folk.
As a water engineer I feel good seeing such a project,water is life

Ruto has borrowed to pay Uhuru's loans. Did you think Uhuru was paying those in his retirement? The government of the day has to pay Uhuru's loans, and has to get money from somewhere in order to do so, hence the current borrowing. It's really not rocket science.
@@michaelb4290 I love the tugeges (small goats) . Uhuru's loan payment was up to date. Additionally, Ruto is borrowing excessively, overtaxing, and contributing to zero development. Most of the money is ending up in the pockets of his corrupt cronies, their girlfriends, and mistresses. Travel expenses and wastages far exceed those of Uhuru's 10-year presidency. However, tugeges seem to derive satisfaction from only one narrative: Uhuru 😂😂.

I dont think water should sip through the walls like that NTV you should bring structural engeneers to comment on that since it makes people living downstream think of either staying or relocating over the years to come
