      Thank you @KamiMountainMan. It depends how fast you go and how often you take rests. I should have included the ride stats. But I believe it took me less than 2hrs to get to the summit.

    The road looks in bad shape. Grew up at the base of the mountain during the 50's & 60's. Family owned Murchio Ranch from the 1800's. Sold it to the state, now it's Mitchel Canyon State Park. Mark Twain wrote about picnicking there. You should try riding up the Mitchel Canyon Side.

      @danfreeman9079 thanks for the info. I’ve hiked up the Mitchel Canyon trail. Very steep and beautiful but are bikes allowed?
