Im on my reverse diet right now and i hate eating this much😭 lol i was intermittent fasting before but now I'm eating during the time i was fasting before and have to take little breaks during that meal. Walk away for ten minutes. Then go back and eat few more bites.
Last January I went into a deficit at 2200 and I got down to 195 and for awhile it worked but then I platued and never knew why. Started my reverse diet yesterday at 2500 and I’m hoping I see some strength increases
Bruh 2200 are high calories u can drop more cals little by little ul lose weight eventually drop them till 1500 until that point u can lose fat and after that u can reserve diet to abt 2300 or 2400 again
@@TheSyedraiyan it really depends on the guy's body tho. 2200 calories is not high by any sort, and If he's reasonably big (6'+) the 2000~2200 range is a good place to end a cut in
I’ve been eating at maintenance for years now and I continually try to cut and I can never stick to it. I’ve plateaued for a couple of years. I’m thinking I may need to reverse diet.
I was the handful case Lmao. I was like 50lbs overweight and it was just bc I ate like a my 600lbs life case 😂. Switching to diet soda alone took off 15lbs.
ok good i have a question: should i cut or reverse diet after 3 months dieting 1900 kcal day? i'm a male tall 5,67 weight 189,60 lbs at 17 percent body fat..i'd love to get down 13-15 body fat..sometimes i'm feeling very resticted, tired, craving things, sleeping not always well...diet worked out so far and still working.. i started out with 21 BF now i am 17 BF it was a very slow process cause the weight still pretty much the same all diet period but the fat goes down and body composition is changing... what do you think?
You probably need a diet break. Also, have you been incorporating refeeds, weekly, or bi-weekly? What you want to do is manipulate, in this case, increase, your carbohydrate intake.

I went from 1200 kcal to 2400 now. I lost some weight and l look better :)
How many cals did u add every week
Can this happen to anyone who tries it and sticks to the plan?
For how long had you restricted for 1200 ?
When you hit a weight loss plateau and can't lower calories any more while still hitting your protein totals.

Should've incorporated refeeds. You're body metabolically adapts at low calories, especially after a prolonged caloric deficit.

Bro science lol
Name a scientist that is jacked and has good result. Most likely he uses experience and ''bro'' science too
But the answer to the question...

I like this podcast, I listen to it enough…..but they didn’t really answer the question lol at least not in this clip
Agreed. Awesome info but didn't answer the "how do you know when? "
They did, when u eat too little that ur metabolism is too slow now, even if u r overweight
