Completely agree with all your points. I have been working for the past 3.5 years with a Big4 Firm. It has also helped to manage clients on my own. Building relations and working in team are few of the most crucial aspects here.

Agreed!! I am working with Deloitte for almost 3 years now and the experience I have gained is impeccable.
You learn a lot of things, become very responsible and professional.
It changes your outlook towards many things in life.
The brand name will always be a star point in your CV.
Lastly, I have to say this..I even got good package, hike and bonus..

can you please suggest me what Excel qualification and knowledge do I have to gain to impress the interviewer in interview.

Just learn some basic like opening of excel, different extension of excel, create a table, basic filters, just roam the around ribbon and some more of it the if you are already not aware of it and if you know the basics then go for Advance one like Pivot tables, text to column, advance filters, Power Query and a lot more
You will get lot more videos on youtube for it, and try to do everything in the excel by use of keyboard and restrict yourself form using a mouse...

Recently completed my CPA. Honestly speaking, at the end it comes down to how much effort you put in. Any Institute might not be that helpful, but yes they definitely guide you through the eligibility process and all. Consider Edupristine and Orbit as well

For big 4, you need to pass CA inter grp 1 and 2 at once. It will be much easier if you earn a rank.

It feels that Big4 wants donkeys with their head down to work for them with lesser salary. But it's good to stay positive even though. 😌
