    Very nice. White Lily is hard to find up rhis way. I think I will have to make some biscuits soon. I usually make yeast rolls and keep in my freezer. Thumbs up on your video.

    I make Biscuits for later also. Like you, while everything is out on my counter and making whatever, I normally double or triple everything and freeze for later.

    I used to make mine with buttermilk but I only have augason farms biscuit mix after watching you I didn't use water I used milk and they turned out better that I didn't roll them I patted like you did. Ty soooo much. Being in this section8 apt I really don't have all the things I used to do it felt good to make a decent biscuit. 🎄

    Those biscuits look so yummy. I’m from New York and mama never made a biscuit we always had toast with our breakfast. I notice that some southern channels flip their biscuits when they come out of the oven so that the bottoms don’t get soggy. Is that the right way, I wonder.     I make mine the same way except instead of shortening I use lard with my butter, and as always White Lily flour, it's the best!
    I have a question, when baking the frozen biscuits, do you bake them frozen or thaw them first?

    They do look good. I rarely cook for one night. If you're going to all that trouble why not make a big batch and fill the freezer? One night cooking and good home made grub for a month, that's the way to roll.

    You said the oven temp is 375 but Heard nothing on how long to bake.

      Sometimes I even go up to 450. Every oven is different. Start at 375 but my oven I do 400. Hope that helps.

    to bake from freezer state do you thaw on counter first before baking or bake from frozen? if so what temp and how long

      I usually am in a hurry so I have frozen just like you would frozen biscuits from the store. But yes. You can set out and thaw. Then bake. I still cake at 450 for 10-12 minutes. Thx for watching.

    Sorry to say but in my part of the country the food stores not carry White Lilly flour.

    I watched your biscuits for you. Did you notice one was missing, lol. Looks so delicious. Question. Have you made your biscuits using sour cream instead of buttermilk? I guess buttermilk is hard to find in some areas like here in Indiana, so people are using the SC. They say it's so much better. Thought?

      2 CUPS SELF-RISING WHITE LILY FLOUR, 16 OZ. SOUR CREAM, 1 STICK SALTED BUTTER (ROOM TEMP into pea size)
      Combine exactly what you do.
      Bake: 450 degrees until golden brown. It's exactly your recipe but with sour cream. I'm curious to try but nervous I was brought up as a minister kid and waste not.

    Those are not 1/2 cut out biscuits, looks more like 2.5" ...mine do better and are fluffier at 2.5-3 " tall when i cut them out.
