YES Pine Tar is my favorite scent by far, I feel like the soap scent doesn't linger very long after the shower so I'll give this a try- though the wetness feeling is still not great for a $10 deo...
Ahh yes that darn weird wetness feeling. Now, I will say that they are not the only company that has deodorant that feels like that. So, I’m not sure but that could be a natural deodorant thing and not so much a Squatch thing. Either way the feeling is weird and takes some getting use to.
I've been using the Arm & Hammer Essentials Natural Deoderant for years. Gonna try Dr. Squatch after my current stick is used up, even though it's 3 times the price. You should do a review of Squatch vs Arm & Hammer Essentials.
Love Dr. Squatch products. Any chance of reviewing beardbrand utility bars? They're a do it all natural soap. Can use on hair, beard, face and body. Seems the ultimate soap for minimalists. They have natural deodorants as well.
I only have alpine sage and pine tar in the deo's, but i think Pine Tar is my fave. Really get that pine scent. So good. Also i love the twist cap. Duke cannon was the first antiperspirant with that type of cap that i used and i feel like you get more used out of it that way. I have deo's from one of the beard companies i use and they have the regular push down cap and its so tight that it shaves off some of the deo which i do not like.
I like a lot of their soap scents, BUT the only 2 soaps and deodorants I’ll use is fresh falls and birchwood breeze. Those are the TOP 2 scents for soap and deodorant in my opinion. They are just fresh, clean, crisp, cologne smells. Can’t do pine tar. Smells like pinesol and comet cleaner.
I went up to the Amish a couple weeks ago In Wisconsin and while I was looking around, they were selling Natural soap and It was $1.25 a bar, immediately got some. The scents are Lavender and Rose I believe.
As someone who just started using Dr. Squatch about 1.5 to 2 months ago--this started out as a Christmas gift for my dad, then I got curious to try out their stuff for myself--I started using their line of deodorants today. When you say that the Pine Tar scent is the same as the soap, do you mean that in a general sense or do you mean exactly the same? I am familiar with the Pine Tar soap scent since it was my first bar and I cannot help but find the two products' scents subtly, yet noticeably, different to make one super pleasant and the other slightly off. It's kind of difficult to describe, but when I smell both of them side-by-side, I tend to find the soap a bit "lighter" on the pine flavor and more of a general freshness whereas the deodorant smells more of a "smoky" version. (Maybe it's the Arrowroot and Activated Charcoal?) This is why I kind of agree with a person on Reddit who thought the scent smells kind of like BO. I am curious if you noticed a similar thing and maybe the deodorant needs a couple of days to break in or if I got a bad batch. I'm not too upset if I don't like this product as I picked up the Pine Tar deodorant as a "freebie" with the Pine Tar Squatchmas. So, on the plus side, I got two extra bars of soap along with shampoo and conditioner all in the same scent and at a reasonable price. EDIT: I asked my father what he thought about the scent and he seems to think the deodorant smells just fine. He did comment that it was a more "musky" scent, so maybe that's what I thought smelt differently. Are all Dr. Squatch's deodorants more of a musk/cologne scent? I am not 100% against the scent, but it makes me a little more self-conscious about it smelling like BO if that's the case.
@@NaturalSoapMan After a few days, I am starting to enjoy the scent a lot more, and it's not as bad after a couple of hours to mellow out. Just not something I would normally go for as it was really strong. I also find that I can still smell the deo after 8 - 10 hours.
@M D the soap is good last almsot as much as a store bar and if you don’t get a soap saver I leave my box outside my shower and after I soap up I put it in the box the rinse off😂but yes good stuff and scents are great persoal top 3 is birch wood breeze, wood barrel bourbon, and bay rum for me💯
Just ordered some, can’t wait. And thanks to you I avoided the bay rum, sounds like a girly scent
Thank you for getting to the point. Ive seen other you tubers on here that were like watching a narcoleptic on a horse tranquilizer.
Pahaha! Not a problem man! I been working on it! Sometimes I can ramble because I love talking but it doesn't necessarily make for a great video!

Fresh Falls lasted me a week.

Oh man, tell me how that works out! That's crazy, never had that happen to me!

Yea definitely more in a general sense. Also the scent of the Pine Tar soap has change slightly since I made that video unfortunately

Yo order the galaxy bundle/ and the moonrock

The deodorant is like a giant glue stick and seems like it's meant for "men" that shave their armpits.
