I am planning on downgrading this card. I had the original welcome offer of 100k points and $200 credit. The powers of this card were awesome but I feel the travel portal credit is overrated. I had issues with some of their bookings. I didn't get the upgrades from the Lifestyle Collection and was double booked twice. I had to call multiple times to get reimbursed.
Great review of the VX card, didn’t know about the perks from the Capital One dining experience. I’ll have to take a look at the options they have next time I take my girlfriend on a date! I thought they were planning on axing the Hertz President’s Circle benefit for 2025?
Ok seriously, why do all these credit card TH-camrs talk about business class award flights that are one way as examples of how to get high value from points? Are they not planning on flying back from their destinations? Lol 😂😂😂
I tired this 2 weeks ago. I booked it my reservation through the capital one app, near the end of the meal the waiter mentioned the booking through the capital one partnership and we got offered a free dessert.

Can you elaborate on your dining experience? Is it as simple as booking your reservation and the restaurant knows to give you free food?

I need to try this again because last time I went I only got 2 free wine but it wasn't because of the capital one.
It's a visa infinite card they have premiere stays in Vegas if you log in. But they aren't worth it.
