Fun little, game, Descent is to big, I own the new version, I just got Tiny Epic Dungeon, it has a great feel to it, I just taped a play, and lost time ran out.

Harry, liked watching you play. I too have played this game a few times. My suggestion to you is to just try the two characters with the highest health points. That is the only way I beat the first mission! Try it out and see if you can get that elusive first win. Good Luck!

Thanks so much, I will try that, I did have a lot of misses, which did not help. Nice little vacation game, I can play just about anywhere. Maybe I will take it to Greece next year when I go, assuming COVID allows me too.

@@NorthOf60Gaming I do enjoy the challenge of this game but it is also frustrating when you lose about 90% of the time. I've only played it about 3 to 5 times and, like yourself, lost all adventures except the one where I maximized the health of the characters. It just makes it seem like you don't have a chance to complete a mission unless you do so. There is rumor of an expansion coming to Kickstarter at some point. If so, I hope the designer addresses this issue and gets the win/loss ratio closer to 50/50. Maybe with some dice roll mitigation for the heroes to minimize those rolls/turns where you get 0 hits?
