My sincerest request is give a complete step by step instructions on how to make separate rice by draining all the starch water for any Britani. Hey neelam verma..it became soft because of the excess oil u had kept while frying...did u absorb the oil on tissue after frying??that will make its outer shell go soggy because of the oil which that batter ks absorbing
