Genuine question with absolutely no disrespect, do girls get into management consulting, specifically MBB much more easily than guys (from IIM ABC of course)? I have seen on LinkedIn girls with a profile of fresher, undergrad in psychology from XYZ college from IIM ABC of course (I'm referring to everyone from IIM ABC) all landing up in Bain (Still not so much for McKinsey). But i have not seen a single "weak" profile of a boy to end up at MBB. As a guy you have to have something much much more than just academics and "being a girl" (hope you understand what i mean)
I am a feminist and I believe in women empowerment. I also believe she is an inspiration for many. But, I don't see any logic of using a learnt accent while talking to your own people. I laughed aloud when she opened up..:) It's kind of watching flagship TikTok influencers/shorts.
