Y’all really got me on this one. I literally just started talking to a manufacturer about getting a whole collection together and I’m about to tell him to scratch all that and just do a couple designs. I feel like my biggest problem is that I be doing too much and getting too much inventory 📝

I said I need to detach myself from my personal ig and was like I need to be on my brand page only because of all the influence of ig models and to look like this and that , have this and that, feeling if you not like this you not a bad chick. I love the short videos because they are easy to digest, so I think lots of shorter videos on different subjects would be ideal. I'd love to see podcast about the financial structure behind your business. How did you scale within your company? How do yall price the products in order to make enough money to thrive, and when you receive profits, how do you allocate them? What resources did you use in order to obtain the warehouse and equipment (ie: business loans, credit, investors)?

You can also speak your brand message and build brand awareness online. Just making the story reach a lot of people and building a contact list of people who resonates with your brand is key. The guerrilla sales man is cool but it's not most effective. Nice message about it as well.
