I watched & enjoyed all 19 mins of this video! Brema I love your aesthetic. Plus, you have a real down to earth energy about you. Keep dropping videos you’re a fuckin’ star!! ⭐️
Bro thanks for this video I've been screenpeinting awhile however literally I needed this What kind of paper are digicopy printing on for your transparency??
@@Brema__Brema what is your email address, I want to send you some photos of my clothing so you can get an idea of what I'm doing I'm looking to partner with you to produce my brand
Brema is such a genuine person. I met him in real life skating in milwaukee. Very welcoming and humble. He deserves all the respect and success coming his way. Can’t wait to see how far he’s going to go! Truly inspiring.
@@nicolegaleone7888 hi. Platisol is used for print that are printed on plastick shits and then heat preshed on the shirt . on silk i use water based. ( that is my way of doing things tho)
Great video mate. You are the BEST presenter I've seen on You Tube yet. I hate those loud mouths the put their face right up to the camera. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your videos and learning from a great person. I just bought a four colour carousel and my kids are hounding me to put it all together. Keep up the good work mate.
Man, i'm currently on a 9-5 job as of now but i don't feel i wanna stay with the company for too long. Been savin' up money but i still don't know how will i spend it in a way that'll make me productive and successful in the future. Thank you for this video. This was one heck of an inspiration!
I had screen printing as a class in school, and we always would use crop marks on the edges. Then its just a matter of lining those up. Tape over them when everything is lined up and you wouldnt have the hassle of trying to line up the print itself that can sometimes be difficult on intricate designs.
Awesome video and you can genuinely tell that Brema is a down-to-earth guy. I really hope you succeed even further than you're already doing bro. Awesome work
The biggest hassle is making the screens, the emulsion is always changing, I have lost the most money on emulsion and water based ink freezing up the screen. Thinking about switching to pre made. transfers.
Hey bro, I enjoyed how you made out time to explain the details. I suggest you create a hand made design for the lil stain. Maybe a registered sign. Stay gang
I'm so focused on watching you doing the actual printing process with layering the paint and drying it... I felt my jaw hurting, realized my mouth was wide open the whole time hahaha!
I really enjoyed the video. Is it possible you can do an intro to screenprinting video? Just showing the recommended products, and what to do on each step and why?
Definitely needed all this info to soon be able to stop paying these other businesses to do my work. And like shorty said u a star bro ya vibe is dope keep going @ it. & So is your work too 🔥
dude you can take like an old kitchen cabinet bottom, and make rails inside to slide screens in, stack let's say... 6-8 depending on your mesh / size. prop a fan on it it circulates and dries that shit mad fast. basically make a bakers rack. if you're in nyc you know there's cabinets tossed everywhere end of the month haha
hey brema, after doing some screen printing myself what i found are : 1. i dont need to coating 2 sides of the screen, only 1 side coated is alright. 2. i can use hairdryer to let the screen and emulsion dry quickly to speed up all the proccess. so i can moving on to test and production more effectively.
Hey love this video so much but what do you need for the graphic like what do you need to do because i noticed that in illustrator you had like 2 different skeletons depending on the color. so like can you teach us what do with the graphic part. Amazing video tho!
thank you so much for the video man is so informative, if i may ask i have seen some not using the technique that you used they only used vinyl cutter, transfer tape, and they are done. what is the difference i'm confused?

GOOD WORK! I really enjoyed this video, good long cuts feels like a good documentary on a screen printers perspective. Your philosophy and experience on making streetwear tees vs. making client work tees.
if you keep using hands to scrub the mesh when exposing you may have to retouch so much when you want to finally print, what i always use a foam. once the water starts running use a hand foam " i mean like a bed foam, but small " use it to dab on the exposed work the work will be coming out like magic. instead of hands, some ideas work for some people tho.
i got my first client order about 50pcs t-shirt , and yeah it's tricky and stressful . I don't remember how many times i made screen and burn it over and over again just to make sure i got the detail and all ..
Great work awesome design, you could save yourself some time and ink... just by getting larger squeegees you want have to do as many passes and if you’re going to print on white you can just cut that out in the design and let the white of the shirt show it take more ink to cover dark colors... good vid over all

Image generation by adobe illustrator ? The photosensitive paste can be dried in a drying oven directly will be faster and save time
