Just to give some historical perspective. The JK came out in August of 2006. AEV did not have a full package available until well into 2008. So, while we appreciate that people are looking forward to seeing our new products, please understand that the level of design, engineering, and testing we perform is simply a lengthy process. Thank you to everyone who is patiently waiting for our JL product line to be released. It will be well worth the wait.
Any idea when the bumpers will be available? I already own a LOD front bumper, (thankful to Craigslist I should be able to sell it) but think I need both front and back from AEV. Those are so well thought out, I have to have them.
That's the only aftermarket front bumper that looks anywhere near as good as the factory steel Rubicon bumper. I think I'm going with their 2.5" lift for my 2 door JL.
It looks like when you install the license plate on rear bumper it will hang too low and get hung up and rip off when off road Also don't see any fastening points for bumper
Bobby, the SEMA Show was the public release for all these new products. They should start rolling in to our warehouses over the next few weeks. We’ll get them on the website ASAP!
That's doubtful. AEV has designed these new bumpers specifically for the JL. They will still have their older style bumpers for the JK. Whether or not you may be able to "make" them fit, that may be worth trying.
The Mopar factory ones are totally interchangeable between JK's and JL so I'm assuming the anchor point to the frame are the same. There are several videos on TH-cam of people installing JL factory bumpers on JKs

AEV's builds always look amazing and are a great example of how a Jeep build should be done IMO

These were the best jeeps at SEMA, hands down.
...and how about the sweet knee pad thats incorporated into the front bumper so you can perch on that while inspecting your engine.

The AEV bumper, regardless of stubby or full width, does block the trail cam.

AEV is not offering HEMI conversions for the JL or JT. Jeep has indicated they will be offering it.

All AEV JL and JT lifts are available.
