@AndreLaurentMTB -How have the Pro33's held up? Any problems to date?

Actually perfect. No issues. The ratchet replacement on my 36s didn't occur on the 33s. Solid wheel set.

@@AndreLaurentMTB thanks for replying! About to order a set. ...What are your thoughts on ride quality of Pro33 vs Pro36? I'm not going wider than 2.4mm tires.

So the 33s (Mrs Ghost Rider MTB) are more for XC & the 36s for heavier riding, me. Really depends on the type of riding terrain and riding style...
The guys at Elite probably can give you better advice on the type that works better for you... They have always been responsive...

@@AndreLaurentMTB thanks again. I was just wondering if you could feel a noticeable difference between the two while riding (stiffness etc)

I don't ride the 33s, so I can't comment.. However, Dawn commented that the wheels are great, no perceived flex

Hello, can you tell me the difference between pro33 and pro 36 in rock garden session? Pro33 are much stiff on vertical impact?

I can't tell the difference between the two as I ride the Pro36 & my wife rides the Pro33.
I would suggest contacting Elite Wheels for an explanation. 33's are designed for xc & trail while the 36 includes Enduro riding capability. Since there is an 80lb diff and my wife isn't an aggressive rider, the 33's bring lighter, in theory, should work better for her

Hey I’m looking to buy some elite wheels, how are they after some time of riding ?? Are they still good ?

    • @AndreLaurentMTB

There are the 2 versions, 29pro36 & 29pro33 that we're riding. They both are performing as expected. The ratchet on my pro36 was replaced under warranty quickly and it's been rock solid since. We ride everything from flowy single track to Sudbury rock slabs, jumps and drops (medium or less) haven't been an issue. You can upgrade the ratchet to the dt Swiss 54 tooth without batting an eye..

@@AndreLaurentMTB thank you for answering , also is there a big difference between the 33 and the 36 ? As the inner width is only a few millimeters wider, did you notice a big difference? As the standard for new bike is about 30mm inner width on every XC bike, I am looking for upgrading an “old” XC bike.

@@samvonlagarfeld110 it was a coin toss. I ride the 36 and I'm bigger and heavier plus I ride more aggressively. No real difference noticed though.
