I have went to side arm now and love everything about it, but am having trouble throwing my slider with it. Right now it is flat and just spinning for the most part. Any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated.
Could you do a video on drills to get your arm up my elbow hurts all the time I try to go back to getting my arm up but I always go back to short arming?
I just started throwing sidearm two weeks ago and I’m still getting used to it. I was wondering if you could tell me some drills or ways to practice and get through this transition as fast as possible. I throw a slip change up and a split finger, is there a pitch you would recommend for me and do you think I should throw these two pitches? Thank you
I throw high sidearm to low 3/4 I just dropped down about a month ago, I have a lot more speed, location and movement, I was throwing 73- 78 mph from release when I was throwing overhand, I'm trying to develop a change-up, I just dont understand it that much, can you give me some tips?
I am a Dead center and opposite field hitter how can I learn to pull the ball because I hit a lot of balls that would be out if they were pulled because we have a hill in center
Can you do a video on side-arm throwing mechanics?
Gonna make a program for this actually. It's in the works! Coming this summer!

Idk if you still need help, but I found that it’s easier to throw a curveball and just get around it. It’s a Walmart slider

I'm not sure that is your problem. Send me a vid of you pitching and I'll check it out.
Try not to throw at all, for at least 2 days, and stretch out every now and then
