@@shadowshinobin8641 Well Hit, the guy with time powers, is voiced by Jotaro, and Jiren, the guy who wins his fights by punching his enemy really hard really fast, is voiced by Dio. So, it feels more like an attempted Jojo reference.
Edit: I meant their voices in English, I don't know about Japanese.

@@vergilchair9517 Yeah, thanks for that, now I'm terrified of the idea of 21 with The World, I know it's the good version that does the pose, but still, imagine the massacre if the Evil 21 could stop time! And imagine if instead of "MUDA MUDA MUDA" she said "CANDY CANDY CANDY"... I think I took this too far.
