I would think most buildings would be pretty soundproof. Depends on the building and your neighbours! I don't really hear much thankfully.

Water is included but we pay for electricity (heat is electric). We found this apartment on Kijiji!

Thank you for watching. Found this apartment on Kijiji! You can also use rentals.ca. This apartment is easily accessible to public transport. It was not furnished when we started renting it - we had to bring/buy all furniture.
