CAA has cheap apartment insurance $175/yr or Auto My Pace at $350 (includes $50 per 1000km), I use Scoop Insurance broker in Welland Ontario... Fan-tastic pricing. Also sells Travel (bundle pricing)... anyhow Claridge Merivale Stirling Park has indoor pool. I can't believe so many places only build the outdoor pools... but only 5% of tenants workout??? it is what it is...

Yeah I agree. The pool is basically just a party pool only 4' deep, gym is ok
