Chocolate Walnut Brownie | Easy and Simple Gooey Brownie | Food Couture by Chetna Patel

Chocolate Walnut Brownie
7X9 Tray (Tin) Line with Parchment Paper
Ingredients
300 gm - Dark Chocolate Compound
130 gm - Salted Amul Butter
150 gm - Condensed Milk
3 tbsp - Water
½ tsp - Vanilla Extract
150 gm - Maida
2 tbsp - Cocoa Powder
½ tsp - Baking Powder
Walnuts
Method:
Line Tin with Butter Paper or Parchment Paper
Take Big Bowl, add above Chopped Chocolate melt Chocolate in Microwave for 30-30 Sec, then add butter, mix Properly and then add Condensed Milk and Mix Properly then add water and whisk Properly
Add Vanilla Extract, Mix Properly then add dry ingredients, Maida, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Sieve everything Properly. Add Maida Coated Walnut and Put into Batter, Mix with Cut n Fold Method
Put into Tin and Put Some Walnuts
In Oven Preheat the Oven for 180 degrees for 10 min and bake it for 25 min, Let Cool Completely, Cut and Serve

Brownie check karoge to ek dum clean nahi aana chaiye , crumble means toothpick main chipka hua hona chaiye , waisa ho uske baad bahar nikal k Room temperature pe thanda kar k after 3-4 hours u can cut
