It's actually a perfect set up for the series as law is mostly remembering obscure cases and rulings as well as excessive amounts of specific legal language. If you can remember everything you've read, it's probably the easier one to grift yourself into. And I think someone in America eas recently found to be faking having a law degree after 20 years of pretty successfully acting as a professional lawyer. Weird stuff.
Honestly, the case should have been thrown out for not having any merit because they had: A dude who has practiced at the highest level, a physical degree from harvard, affidavits from classmates and professors to say he went, was in Harvard 's system, was in the bar system.... The prosecution had a missing physical file and the testimony of a pissed off former roommate drug dealer who lost his GF to the supposed fraud.
They also had every professor at harvard of which noone knew of mike ross, and hes not in the harvard files if they get to that (which sazs would have)
@Masterdebater14 there was a guy in my class that no one knew existed and we only found out cause he joined a group chat and when we asked who he was he showed us a photo that had been taken at the school (not a class photo since he wasn't in those for some reason) where he was sitting with us at an assembly. Sometimes people really do just fly that much under the radar so it's a realisitc defence to say they might just not remember him.
As someone who goes to college you have it backwards exams are a waste of time all that matters is you understand what’s happened in class very few people have photographic memory
@@kingjukesteryeah lol couldn’t agree more. Exams are so specific if you only study the previous year exam practice you will have only covered like 30% of the course
Ok I don't watch this stuff but why are there so many videos about whether he went to Harvard or not, .. there is a lefa for god's sake.. evidence enough .???
Bro was born with X-Men level photographic memory, at some point you must admit that he’s simply built different.

“He is kicking your ass” yeah, no shit Sherlock 😂
She was indeed shoving it in Harvey's face
Not informing him
This is the problem with training your Successor, One day he proves why he will be your successor.
But Harvey absolutely destroyed him seconds after this

"...the smartest lawyers in the world..."
Playing into their egos. Nice
To be fair they are convinced Mike isnt a fraud because Harvey was the one who did the hiring 😂
Wouldn't he just need to show them his diploma?
Harvey getting used to getting his arse kicking by Mike ..
Jessica makes this scene a thousand times better
I just love him
He just prooved to harvey why he was hired from him

@@alpacaodoom let me guess: he wasnt the smartest guy in the class? Ross got the only A+ that prof Gerard has ever given

@@Masterdebater14 I mean, that would be the easiest part to explain. You would just say it could be an admin error on the database.
Episode no?
Harvey is just determined to bring mike dawn😊
Nah. They are making a mock trial before the real one to be prepared
Ouch.. 😂😂😂
Classes could be said to be a waste of time for some people. In the long run all that matters is the exams!
