Hey Mr.Dee I see you back at with good content, funny thing is once again I just dealt with the same issue again im from the coolant video, and I want to chime in as usual, and also to mention that Amazon has the exact part that you can simply muscle on if you want to take that route to be honest the clamp are probably easier but I might trade it in, so I wanted to keep the original looking part, Also if anybody continues to ride around with issue your car check engine light will come and the error code should be a knocking sensor code bank 1. I just put the part on today, the same time the check engine light came on, I got autozone to run their test. To be honest I basically could have mess my car up giving that I've had the part for months knowing it was cracked smh, glad I was able to escape a bigger problem with the knocking sensor code, I know Mercedes would change out every and anything just to make they money.
I could not find the sensor on the of the intake tube and dealer wants me to buy the whole tube which cost 450 dollars. Any one knows where to buy the sensor please let me know. I have replaced a similar sensor next to the throttle body I think the map sensor.
Finally someone who can actually show you how to replace that mini hose, without replacing the whole thing and saving you money..thank very much sir.
