Not with your hips tight, and if you have good crab riding with your feet, this move is high college level, and basic principles like being able to crab ride are a given to have, if you are experienced enough to learn this move. Controlling someone on top of you in that position is expected to be another given that he didn't go into deal explaining. Before He goes to his feet and Bridges and head-Cartwheels over, a crab would secure the guy.
Do you have to be in control to score a pin? At 2:40 it looks like the player on top who does not have control has the player talking pined. My question is is it possible for the player on top to score a pin in this position.

At 3:04 couldn't u trap that near side leg with your leg to prevent him from getting his feet over

This is a five point move I would say only use it in the 3rd period if u need a pin so if your down by 5 or more points
