I agree with all except for purchase protection. It all depends what you buy and where you buy it from. I have personally saved hundreds of dollars on PS5 controllers because I spent an extra 7.99 on a 69.99 controller which the manufacturer warranty does not cover stick drift/normal wear and tear. Best Buy in my case just swaps it out and all I have to do is pay another 7.99 for another 2 years. Car warranties is definitely a no.
I do my own warranty. If the controller goes wonky.....I buy a new one and within 2 weeks (BB return policy) I package up the old controller and return it saying it's malfunctioning and no questions asked and $70 returned 😊
If you use your own car insurance to cover an accident, they increase your premiums. They should have given her time to research the answers to the questions instead of misleading folks. Credit cards also need to be primary coverage and most are secondary coverage.
A lot of premium credit cards will add an extra year on the warranty.
I’m sure those insurance companies are pulling their hair out right now…
