i actually insert the main line into the SMALLER end of the bobber stop. this way the swivel won’t push the stop out as I cast repeatedly. it’s just the way I do it. whatever works for you 👍🏾

It appears on your setup, that the hook is free sliding through the float. So how is the float suspending the hook at a certain depth???

The float is stopped by the swivel. The float can side free above that. Below that is the leader where the hook would be. If you want the hook to be lower you can add a weight or reel slower

The center tube the line goes thru can be pushed out. Once pushed out, fill with how much ever water you want then be sure to push it back into place so you don't let the water out.

Just run line thru the the bobber ,you can use a match stick to peg it at any depth ,leave about four feet of out the bottom to tie.on bug, and you're ready.
