  • Radish / Daikon / Mooli, has an amazingly long shelf-life and we figured this would be a great recipe to add to our collection during these days. In this Rashish and Collard Greens Subzi, what we love is the simplicity of the dish and yet, allowing the Radish and the Greens to shine and bring out their true flavors. It's a quick dish to make and very versatile. Enjoy this very rustic dish that will have you craving for more.

I am growing white radish for the first time this year. I am so impressed how prolific and easy to grow they are. I found this channel in anticipation of how I was going to eat/prepare my radishes. This dish looks delicious and I will definitely be making it when my radishes grow up, lol. I plan on using the radish greens or a mixture of 😊whatever I have in the garden. Thanks.

That's a really good receipe and brilliant tips. It's not just easy to make but the ingredients used are not at all difficult to find. Thank you so much.

Always love your recipes. I love to cook radish with its own greens, if available fresh. It's one of my favourite dishes. Thanks a lot for such a lovely recipe

At first I thought you are lucky to get those radish with it’s own leaves but you have used the other leaves called greens. It does look delicious!

thanks. I was contemplating what to do with my radish greens. Make pesto? or make subzi, and I think I'm going with subzi, and throw in some radish as well. but I hope no tomato is fine cuz I can't have tomato, it causes me upset stomach :)

You can absolutely skip the tomatoes and maybe add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice for a little tanginess.

Welcome to our channel! As far as we know, collard greens are called Haakh. They are usually native to Kashmiri cuisine.

Why do Asians want to burn the inside of their stomachs out with all this chili, I have no no choice but to leave it out as it sets my stomach on fire along with tomatoes.
