Ooh, I have an idea, place a repeating command block that constantly teleports you inside of it, then put one that constantly deops you, then put one that puts you in survival mode. Pretty unplayable.
Use commands to place a nether portal in the end and then go through it. This breaks the game on bedrock edition.
turn off immediate respawn, the set a repeating command block to /kill @a

Accidentally did this before: Set a repeating command block to be constantly spawning armor stands that will eventually end up in the water. Adding multiple command blocks running the same command *should* do the trick.
I remember using a repeating command block to summon ended dragons and crash the game with my friends when i was younger, it was fun

Knarfy is willing to burn down his home just to test if someone's crash idea works. What a legend!
Try to set a command chain where it spawns saplings in the max block radius you can do and have them bone mealed, but any oak and leaf blocks are instantly destroved and have each grown sap replaced with a new one and have it repeat on max tic speed :D
Hey Knarfy, here is one that will definitely crash your game:
- Go to a random world.
- Go to 69, 69, 69
- Build an obsidian chamber of 10 by 10 by 10
- Fill the box with bubble water (soul sand)
- Put carpets on the edge of the box
- Spawn as many Wardens as your fr can
If it crashes, point to YOU!
If it doesn't crash, point to the chat

This might be a long one, but download the immersive portals mod and the carpet mod, surround yourself with portals and set the tick speed to as high as you can

Using the immersive portals mod, build a portal through both the end and nether, get a repeating command block that spawns sand and use pistons and bubble elevators to launch the sand through all the dimensions, while also having very good shaders and texture packs

Get A LOT of minecraft mods in 1.17.1, preferably with complex entities, then use a command block system to spawn every single entity from the massive list of mods all at once. This is important: You need the "ReuzranTA Spooky Update" mod too, because there's a bug in it where if an entity is targeting another entity for attack, it will burn. (You can make this in Mcreator if you want) Make sure the music sound slider is turned up too, this caused it to crash a lot for me.
I'm going to keep leaving this comment until you do it since it's pretty effective and actually crashes the game.

way to break minecraft:
1. run the command /summon minecart
2. set a repeating command block to /execute as @e[type=minecart] at @s run summon minecart
3. Wait for your game to crash, depends on your computer, but it should only take a minute at most
idea: place a 100x100 ground of sand with barrires under them then fill all of the blocks with 10 tnt minecarts on each block, then remove the barriers so the sand falls

(Crash Ideas) Modifier: The next idea which you can do in survival, you must. If you do it and the game doesn't break, get 2 points. If you do it and the game does break, we get a point. If you fail, we get 2 points!
I'm pretty sure Knarfy gave himself a point. At the end of the lots-of-blazes segment he had one point but when the scorecard pops up at the end of the piston segment he suddenly had two points.

2 - repeatedly /fill s the same area except with air and having the ‘destroy’ function so it drops the items,
Leave on until it crashes
Note to everyone:
Minecraft has a tick speed and a frame speed. To crash Minecraft, you need to slow the frame speed without slowing the tick speed. A lot of the ways suggested only slow the tick speed, which will lag the game but won't actually crash Minecraft.
Frame speed is changed by rendering.

Going off of the sniffer egg idea, /fill a 4x4 of chunks from the build limit to bedrock with sniffer eggs, set the tick speed to max, and to make things worse, put yourself somewhere in the center

I recommend a craftable uno reverse card made from 1 paper, 1 dye of choice and a nether star. It can reverse the direction of any ranged attack and acts like thorns for melee attacks if you hold it in your hand and hold right-click. If you have 1 in your main hand and 1 in your off hand, they have no effect.

the falling sand at build height one might do more over a wider area. like if you did that over a big tank of bubble columns i feel like it'd get WILD
Use an observer to detect the block update of a carpet duplicator and add it strait into a splash potion dispenser. You can repeat this as many times as you want.
Totally can imagine commercials using Knarfy’s method
Suggestion: Make a world full of saplings let them grow then remove the logs and set the tick speed to max.

Ok so to break Minecraft code a entity to spawn more entities but it can only spawn armor stands, chickens, sniffers, wither skeletons, witches, allays, fish, silverfish, or frogs at random.
But
Chickens have a 36% chance to spawn 25 more chickens and 17 shulkers, with the leftover 64% chance being that the chicken does and spawns a tadpole and a random seed.
Sniffers spawn 8 of every seed type.
Wither skeletons have a 0.1% chance to spawn a ender dragon and a 99.9% chance to spawn 12 withers.
Frogs have a 100% chance to spawn 5 tadpole egg clusters and the clusters hatch at 2x speed.
Add a repeating command block on always active (with an armor stand near it) and add a command that makes every armor stand summon another one in front of it and spin. Also use as many command blocks as you need

This will break the game VERY quickly, due to both particles and entities.
1. Place a repeating command block with a wooden pressure plat on top of it, four blocks above the ground.
2. Directly beneath that command block, make a soul sand bubble elevator.
3. Set the command block to /execute as @e[limit=1000] run summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~
The armor stands will spawn inside of the command block, pressing down the plate, which causes more to spawn. They fall in the bubble elevator, and you know the rest.

Knarfy, the reason why all of the sand eventually broke is because ay some point, Mojang made it so that falling blocks just break and drop as an item after some time if they haven’t reached the ground yet.

Set a repeating command block to summon ended crystals in a obsidian hole and after 5 minutes, go in the hole and punch it
Setting the tick speed to 9999999 just freezes the game immediately and along with that tnt your game is guaranteed to crash
Modifier idea: whenever you say crash or Minecraft we get a point but if you manage to avoid both for the entire video (without cheating) you get two at the end.

Go to the main end island place a skulk catalyst and 8 command blocks around it have all 8 be repeat and they dont need redstone 7 of the command blocks spawn a wither and 1 have /kill @e and let the skulktastic havoc unfold
